This is quite simply the best product if you must have a good night sleep. I did not give 5 stars because of the price. My son is a Marine and this order was sent to him because of difficulty with sleep.

I am a chronic insomniac and nothing I try ever works! That was until I tried I AM Sleepy.  Got greta sleep and did not wake up groggy or tired.  I didn't gve it 5 stars because I think it is rather pricey for the small sized portions.

This is the best sleep aid that I have tried so far.  I have had problems sleeping for years and have tried just about everything on the market- Tryptophan, Melatonin, Valerian, Calms Forte, Magnesium,  Neuro Sleep (I rank this 2nd - it is available at traditional grocery stores though and is easy to get), over the counter sleeping pills, Benadryl etc.  It is expensive and usually I can just drink a couple of sips and it works!
