Nice smart tv
Really pleased with this television, decent size and the picture is crystal clear. Was straight forward in setting up the WiFi for smart TV also took about 10 minutes.

Superb TV without TV channels
This item was delivered several days before it was suggested it would be delivered. I was mounted on the wall mount, it took two people, and was working a couple of hours later. I plugged in the TV antenna and, as a result, had to buy a TV licence as there was no indication on how to just get radio channels and nowhere in the ‘quick set up’ paperwork on resetting to factory setting, in fact, I only got the full ‘User manual’ a day or so later through a friend who googled it. Having bought a TV licence reluctantly, I haven’t needed one for several years as I don’t watch TV, I was forced to cancel it and was charged for a month despite only having the TV channels for a couple of days. I am very religious about keeping within the law. What I like is the time it takes to turn off after the main has been disconnected and also the manner that NETFLIX has a dedicated button. I dislike not having a proper user manual and not having the reset on the quick start paperwork. All in all the TV does all that I require and I thank the friend who spent time trawling the web for a user manual, he spends more time on computers than I do.

Product/TV brilliant - Customer Service not so much! (Very disappointing!) 🤔
TV was excellent value for money. A nice size & great picture quality. However I was sent 2 TV's & trying to return one /get money back was such a night mare, I ended up keeping both! More to the point was the time & attitude of staff/emails for which I eventually got apologies! Tainted my experience. Won't buy from there again! Tx
