I read somewhere that magnesium aids in muscle pain relief. So I tried this product. I am experiencing the effect in my daily use of the product when I take my post workout vitamins. I have just started the regimen and am at current just discovering its abilities.

This pill is on the larger side, but easy to swallow. You don’t need to take one to maximum due to the fact that it has high absorbency.

I have been using this product for months and it certainly helps me get to sleep faster. Love this product.

I put these in my son's shakes since he has to take them daily but they are too big to swallow. They are not bad tasting but I just wish they were smaller.
