I did not know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised.
I have seen these used and was curious to try for myself. When the box arrived I was a bit shocked at the size. These are pretty large glasses. They seem well made and sturdy while retaining balance. I opened a 2008 Dönnhoff Oberhäuser Brücke and in 4 seconds understood the allure of the glass; the design of this keeps swirling focused and 'unmessy' when aggressive. Once placed to my nose I knew I had my new best glass for Riesling. The nose was concentrated & focused. These are a joy and truly add to the overall experience. I just purchased a second one and right now there is a good discount on Amazon.

I own every wine wing glass except chardonnay. The Riesling glass is by far the best ans most versatile. If youre gonna try these glasses start w riesling then expamd after that.

Great glass, directs the Aromatics straight to the nose
I really like the glass for tasting and consuming aromatic Rieslings and Viognier, Wish it was a touch less bulky and stem to bowl ratio was more hearty.

Wunderschöne sehr große Gläser, für jungen Riesling viel zu schade. Eigentlich nur etwas für sehr edle bzw ältere Tropfen!

Nach meiner Meinung ist es aufgrund der Größe und speziellen Form viel besser möglich, den intensiven Geruch der Weine zu genießen. Whatever, es macht einfach Freude, diese Gläser zu benutzen. Beim Spülen der Gläser ist besondere Vorsicht angesagt, denn das Glas ist relativ dünn !
