Review: Worked like a charm! - I had my old pearl ring refurbished last year by a local jeweler. I thought she did a good job, but the pearl actually came off in my workout club shower (less than two years?)! I had the ORIGINAL pearl ring for 20+ years and the pearl never came off (although I think I replaced once). There did not appear to be signs of ANY residue from old glue on the post or inside the pearl or base. So, I called the shop. They did not respond. Since, I used to work for a jewelry store, I researched on line and this two step process is the best. Weeks later it is still tight. Save money and do it yourself!!! Great product.
