A: It looks like two times is about the consensus :) Just remember to listen to your body, some people are more sensitive to the cleansing action of the tea, so if you need to spread 1 tea bag over more times that's ok while you work up to the standard dose.

**Q: Can I brew the day before and save in the fridge for next day or for a few days in advance?  Will it not work the same?**
A: Yes, you can but the aroma won't be as strong as when you just brew the tea. Just make sure you use a container with a tight lid to reduce the lost in. aroma. And remember that the longer you leave the tea bag in, the stronger the taste and the more bitter it'll be.

A: This tea is occasional use only. Don't take more than 1 cup a day and 10 days straight.
