How long does it take for it to work?

If it works, it will take about 30 minutes. HOWEVER, this product is not Sudafed, it is Phenylephrine, which in many studies has shown that in nearly 80% or all users testing, it was ineffective. You may want to go to a pharmacy and purchase actual SUDAFED (NOT PE), you will have to show your ID for the purchase, but Sudafed (Not PE) works as advertised. Hope that helps.

Does This Contain Caffeine?

The only active ingredient on the package os phenylephrine hcl. I'm not sure if it has a caffeine component or not.

How Much Is One Serving?
