Does what it says. Put it in a backpack which can hold it in the back and use it when dog walking. Good size. Well built. No issues with it.

Brought primarily for rucking as it’s easier than trying to load a rucksack with traditional weight plates. Compact and true to weight; nice fit in a backpack; shape and size distribute the weight evenly. Also used for training such as flatbed carry, etc. Nice addition to my training equipment. Absolute value for money.

Ive got this wrapped in a towel in a 35L Karrimor Jura rucksack for rucking, Fits very nice and snug, All the wieght without the bulk.

There's not much really to say about this :) It's a solid lump of metal, well formed, that weighs 4.5Kg. I stick a few of them in my backpack when I'm off rucking. I was adding one to my bag for each 5kg of weight I lost, that way, my walking exercise was still giving me the same benefit as before the weight loss :) I can't fault this in any way. Reasonably priced, solid, with a well-designed handle. Flat form works great for me.
