This is really good quality for the price, it’s seek and looks expensive. There’s no sleep mode but there is a timer and 3 speed settings. The remote is really responsive and it works very well. Simple and easy to put together. I use it in my bedroom so unsure how effective it would be in a larger space, but for a double bedroom it’s perfect at cooling and creating a nice breeze.

Great product; it came super handy during the heat wave. Cool air and silent. Easy to move. Nice design.I am happy with the purchase.

It's good, not that loud on level 1, 2&3 are obviously louder but it does the job.I was going to get another one for my mother but they raised the price by £20 just because of the heatwave! Absolutely abysmal. It's a decent fan for £40 but not £60.

Quiet and strong but the best thing is the fact that the air is cold and not just warm air moved around. Fabulous fan!!

Great fan - just what we needed in the lounge during the heatwave and it's so quiet.

Great fan overall, in consideration of the price.It is very easy to assemble. Many options to choose from which is quite nice. The quality feels a bit tacky, and there will be a strong plastic scent when you first use the fan. Personally my remote control doesn't work, but I'm not too affected by that. The noise level is ok, not the best if its right next to your bedside table. Was quite disappointed that it was not a cooling fan from the advertising given.

First thing I have to say is that I already owned a Honeywell tower fan, which is excellent. I would've bought a second one, but I wanted a smaller version.I saw this fan and it appeared to be perfect, with the same functionality and 1/3 smaller.Sadly, this fan is very much more inferior than the Honeywell, and to be honest, downright dangerous!I have looked at other reviews since, and have seen others make similar comments, so my fan is obviously not a one off.I have two gripes:1. As others have commented, this fan can only be switched off by removing the plug or switching off at the mains switch. As soon as you plug it in, the fan is going. The on/off button only stops oscillation and drops the speed down, but the fan remains on at all times. The remote control also fails to switch off the fan. Personally, I think this product would not pass any British safety standards! In fact, I couldn't find any reference to safety standards both on the fan or documentation.2. Since the remote control fails to operate properly too, defeats the very object of having a remote control.3. The fan motor 'rattles'. The degree of rattling varies, but given I bought this for the bedroom, it impacts the quality of sleep.4. I requested a refund from Amazon, and they forwarded it to the company, 'One Retail Group'.I have been extremely disappointed with the level of customer service from them. They made no effort to apologise, and said that the fan was made to the highest standard and checked for quality. Frankly I don't believe them at all.They also asked me to answer a number of questions about the issues, even asking for videos. I dutifully supplied them with this and heard nothing for a week. They finally replied saying they were waiting, so I provided screenshot evidence of my reply. They have now said they will look into this complaint, but I have my own thoughts on what will be the outcome.Best thing I would suggest to anyone thinking of buying this fan.... Don't! Save your money!!One star rating, for both the product and the company, only because Amazon don't allow zero stars.

I had a Hitachi tower fan however thought of trying something different so ordered this, it has many issues, overall size is too small, the tower doesn't have enough height to blow the air above a regular sofa, secondly, the power of the air blown is not good, the motor makes louder noise when set on high power but that doesn't translate to air being blown with high power. Feels cheap quality when compared to Hitachi, the picture used is not the same as the product! I'm not returning it as I feel it was my mistake to not check the product properly but absolute waste of money!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.. low air circulation and fans stopped working on a second day ..worst quality product .
