Best Drink Warmer Ever
This is the best ever beverage warmer I have found!!! I have tested a few beverage warmers and let me tell you if you are like me and love to drink your coffee HOT this is the product for you!!! Do not skip this one!! It gets hot and stays not. Yes, it does take a moment to get to optimal temp but on the way, it is keeping your beverage hot. This product performs just as marketed. Thank you so very much for giving me what I expected when I purchased this. I wanted a HOT cup of coffee and that is what I had all day long. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!! This outperformed my thermal canister. It also looks classy while sitting on my desk. I have the original one that goes to 230 degrees F. I do believe the newer one will work fine even at the lower level because this one gets so very hot and stays so very hot all day. Most people I would think would turn it down a bit. That is how hot it stays. For me, I enjoy it fresh out of the pot hot. COSORI states on the box, No Judgement. I can have my coffee Extra Hot. That is just how I like it too! Thank you COSORI! I would suggest getting the set if you do not have a flat-bottom mug. It will even warm up the other mugs but it will take a longer time. I tested the tall mug and it did get almost boiling hot after a good while. One note I do have for improvement is there should be a one-button selection to keep the desired temperature set so you are not guessing what one is set. Or you do not have to do the three taps to get to the desired temperature. I want mine to stay on the hottest one. You tend to stare and watch "paint dry" as the digits go up.

Update 1.17.2026! I broke it but I still love it!
Update 1.17.2026: so it broke! ๐ these mug warmers are very not water safe y'all! But! I fixed it too.i doubt my fix will last too long but I feel very handy now. I added new photos as I took this apart to see what was up, it wasn't turning off then I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it started to turn off and on all on its own? Opening it up, it was all gungy inside bc i haven't been the neatest about keeping my tea in its pot. There is NO SEAL around the front screen/panel so all the tea that spilled went right onto the circuit board. 2 of the soldered connections were eroded away, thankfully a very obvious little fix! I soldered new connections back in, added a little wire to bridge the gap, put it back together and voila! She works again ๐ค. Just a note, if you're gonna take this apart! There are 2 screws on the back half hidden underneath the square rubber feet! I though it was a snap in connection with the plastic housing and totally just broke one of the screw housings out. Don't be me lol. But yeah! Have the inside photos, pretty easy stuff! So my advice (I still really like this mug warmer! She keeps my teapot perfectly hot) is really be careful about keeping it dry! So far so good! I'm using it to keep my teapot warm for multiple cups and it does just that. I wanted this one bc it gets the hottest i could see and i appreciate that. Doesn't really manage to actually get to and sit at 194f though. Edit 1.4.2025 It's been about 7 months and i LOVE this thing! It's really encouraged me to drink more tea as it keeps a pot drinking hot all day if i want it. Truly the temp peaks at like 170f and mostly sits at maybe...150ish? But I'm very happy regardless.

Works well for the most part. Looks nice.
I purchased two of these mug warmers at this point. One back in 2023 and I replaced that one this year in 2026. So, the first one lasted at least three years before it stopped working altogether. The new one, which I bought less than two months ago, the audible beep when youโre turning it on or off or when changing the temperature, that has stopped working already. Itโs not like you really need the audible beep to keep your mug warm but it was a nice feature and Iโm sorry that that feature has stopped working already. But, the hot plate warmer still works fine. I just wish the overall quality was just a little bit better. It shouldnโt develop problems within the first couple of months. Also that audible beep failure was an issue with the Cosori mug warmer so they definitely have a problem with that part of the circuit, probably due to the heat from the hot plate affecting the circuit or that component. Overall the mug warmer works well for keeping your hot beverage at the desired temperature.

Keeps my coffee warm so I don't have to hurry.
I use this on the days when I want to take my enjoy my coffee with a book. So if I get into a good part of the book my coffee won't go cold on me. If the house is cold I can turn the heat up a touch on the cup warmer. I've had one of these before but without a temperature control. It didn't keep the coffee hot enough for me. The safety features that I've seen work fine. When I pick up my cup it pauses the warmer and continues when I put it back. When I first set it up I had it on a folded napkin and it wouldn't work. It needs to be on something firm so the little switch on the bottom will be triggered. If it doesn't work when you get it, try setting it on a firm surface and be sure to put the coffee cup on it. The directions aren't long but there are a few instructions for setting the temperature to Fahrenheit, how to raise and lower the temperature and how to turn on and off. Some are a combination of buttons so I wrote them down just in case I need them again.

Perfect for Keeping Your Coffee Warm โ A Must-Have for Desk Setups!
I absolutely love the COSORI Coffee Mug Warmer! As someone who spends a lot of time working at my desk, this warmer has been a game-changer. The precise temperature control (ranging from 77ยฐF to 194ยฐF) is spot on, and the ability to set my ideal temperature with such accuracy has been fantastic. Whether I want my coffee to stay piping hot or just warm enough to enjoy over an extended period, this mug warmer can handle it. The LCD digital display is super easy to read and allows me to quickly adjust the settings with just a touch of a button. The 304 stainless steel design feels durable and modern, making it a nice addition to my desk setup. I also love the touch techโitโs responsive and makes adjusting the temperature a breeze. Itโs been great for keeping my coffee, tea, or even hot chocolate warm throughout the day, especially on those busy mornings when I get sidetracked and forget about my drink. No more cold coffee! Plus, it makes a perfect Christmas or coffee loverโs giftโIโve already recommended it to several friends. Overall, this COSORI Coffee Mug Warmer has exceeded my expectations. Itโs reliable, effective, and stylish. If youโre looking for a way to keep your drinks warm throughout the day, I highly recommend this product!

Worst coffee warmer by far
Iโve tried several different brands of coffee warmers over the years and this one was by far the worst. Hands down. Not only is it finicky about turning on, you often have to push the cup down on it multiple times to get it to work, but it also wouldnโt work if the surface you put it on isnโt perfectly flat. I do mean perfectly. However, the biggest problem was the heating capability. It takes waaaay too long to get up to temperature. When I set it to the highest temp, my coffee was already lukewarm before it even finished heating up. Let me be clear when I say I mean this, Iโm not exaggerating. Five minutes later and itโs still preheating. Iโm not even super picky about the temperature of my coffee like my man is. But like warm on a coffee warmer isnโt acceptable. Maybe you could offset this problem by turning it on while you made your coffee to let it warm up beforehand....oh wait, you have to have the cup ON it to even power it on. Brilliant. Itโs like they tried to make it impossible to find a work around to itโs issues. Every other coffee warmer Iโve tried heats up super fast so itโs not like the technology isnโt there. The only reason I got tried this one over my current favorite (nicelucky brand) is because the other brandโs only fault is the surface is smooth and the cup slides slowly if the surface isnโt perfectly level. Which isnโt a fault of the product per se, more just an issue of fulfilling a specific need of mine. We needed a coffee warmer to go on the tray area that the middle couch cushion folds down into so you can put drinks and remotes on. The surface is hard plastic but doesnโt sit perfectly level apparently. Normally you canโt tell, but when we tried to use these coffee warmers on it we noticed. I digress. I thought this one would be great because of the ability to set it to any temperature you wanted from a wide range, which would be great if it actually did it and in a reasonable time frame. This warmer doesnโt do itโs job at all. Even the old cheap Mr. Coffee warmer I used for years is so much better and that thing is super cheap, but has a small base so big mugs donโt fit it. It also doesnโt keep coffee super hot, but itโll keep it to a decent drinkable temperature for a while. Despite all that Iโd still recommend it over this product any day. Saddest part is this one was the most expensive of all the warmers Iโve tried. If you want a really good coffee warmer and a slick surface isnโt an issue then I highly recommend the one from Nicelucky brand. It is amazing quality. We use it everywhere else in the house no problem and we love it. Our coffee stays HOT for hours with that one. Itโll even heat UP your coffee if itโs less full and you donโt turn down the temp. There are three settings and itโs all you need and it heats up almost instantly. And it costs less than this one! Seriously, go check it out. TL;DR Pros: The surface isnโt slick so the coffee cup isnโt likely to slide Temp choices - great in theory. Too bad itโs about as effective as wearing a face mask to prevent global warming. Cons: Heating - terrible Time to reach temperature - terrible Easy to turn on and stay on - poor Price - high for a coffee warmer Normally Iโd call something like this hot garbage, but it doesnโt get hot enough for that. Whomp. Whomp.

Nice, elegant looking but a bit complicated if you're not a techie
I love the way this looks and the safety components (shuts off when you remove your cup. But I say "a bit complicated" because the instructions aren't detailed enough in regards to how to work the temperature (I figured it out by trial and error: put your mug on the device, select the temperature, once you select it, it will blink a few times then start from the bottom number and back to your selected temperature. This works only if the surface is solidly flat and if the mug or cup has a flat bottom. So, no fancy shaped bottomed cups here otherwise, it does not turn on. Your drink needs to already be warm then to maintain the temperature, you need to set the warmer's temperature high, at least 165 degrees. All in all I can live with it, and am starting to like it, but it took some time due to the prep time. My advise, find a permanent surface to put this on and keep it there. I tend to take this all over the house depending on where I am sipping my warm drink. I can still recommend it as a gift, just include additional detailed instructions.

Great unit
Opened in great condition, no issues. Read the instructions, twice, as there are some quirky operating aspects with this unit. Its not intuitive. I fully tested all the features, and they all work correctly in accordance with the instructions. It works perfectly as per the manual. Such as, you have to have enough weight on the heating pad to make the unit work at all or to even just adjust the temperatures up or down. The cup has to be heavy enough to operate the controls. If your cup gets too light in weight as you drink, and the cup with contents weight drops below the minimum weight, the unit will stop heating. I use it for keeping my butter soft in winter. My butter dish weighs more than the minimum, so the unit will operate even if empty. Its the only unit I could find that was this small, therefore has the lowest electricity usage, therefore the lowest long term operating cost. Its the only one with a low operating temperature that you can set by 1 degree from 25C-90C. It specifically starts to operate at 25C up to almost boiling. Butter is soft at 25-29C, and starts to melt at 30-32C. If you have a small amount of butter (mass), then I can set it at 25C and the butter is soft, but not mushy, or melted. But if you add butter, 1 cup, then I need to increase the indicated temperature to 29C. to compensate for the increase of mass. It takes about 15-30 minutes to get fully soft from a cold start at 18C (morning house temperature) and it has to heat up the butter dish and ceramic top. Works perfectly. I get up in the morning to let the dog out, I turn the unit on by touching the red button on the way by to the door. Look after the dog, start coffee, start breakfast, butter is now soft enough by the time the toast pops. Perfect. Shuts off around 2pm 8 hours later. Need to turn it back on when I start working on supper. Its ready to go when I need it, soft spreadable butter. Shuts off automatically again in 8 hrs if I forget to turn it myself. If I don't use it during the weekend, its off automatically saving electricity. Perfect. Almost all the complaints I have read about this unit is due to folks not reading the instructions or following the instructions properly that they have read. I also plan to use it for keeping my bread dough bowl warm during the rise. Set for 30C. Heat my ceramic bowl with hot water, dry, grease/butter the inside, then place it on the COSORI heat element at 30C. Drop my dough into the bowl to rise. The bowl bottom matches the same size as the COSORI heat element face. Perfect. I also liked that the cord was not a full 110V cord, but a 12V cord coming from a transformer unit that I plug into the top of my stove. The wire easily tucks behind the unit , down the wall behind the stove, almost invisible while the unit is on the kitchen counter beside the toaster. If I want to unplug it, the 12v plug comes out of the back like a laptop. Wash it, clean it, wipe it easily with no cord, then plug it back in at the toaster where it sits. Perfect. I can't believe they don't market it just for this purpose. In Canada this is almost always an issue, hard butter in winter. I now don't have to wait until summer or travel south of Mobile, Alabama to have soft butter for breakfast.

Good product - Great Service!
I bought the cup warmer for my study room to sip warm cups of tea during long Zoom calls. Although the product seemed to work it wasn't warming my tea fully. I reported my concern to Casori support and got a response and follow up emails right away. The support person Luisa, worked with me to trouble shoot the issue and when it was confirmed that the unit could be defective, she sent me a replacement unit right away. The replacement unit arrived a few days ago and it works as advertised. I can attend my 2 hour Zoom calls and my tea is warm till the last sip. For those planning to purchase it, keep in mind that it is a cup warmer and not a stove :) Thank you Casori team for your A+ support.
