For >$100, USPS Shipping is Wretched
I have tried multiple brands of Roquefort, which is made of raw ewe's milk only in a certain select region of France, and by law is aged in caves there. This is my very favorite. I have removed one star as of June 2024 b/c the seller used USPS to ship it. Despite insulated packaging and a few cold packs, USPS took 4+ days to deliver it, and it arrived at room temperature. I can’t tell you how stupid it is to use USPS to ship anything perishable. Especially when I paid almost $40 per pound.

perfectly packed
This lucious cheese arrived in an insulated box with ice packs that were still half frozen. The cheese was in perfect condition. Yum! So good with fresh tomatoes and cukes from the garden!

Delicious & Nutritious
Great on salads. Every bit of cheese is good. Probably best to get special storage container for ice box, to preserve freshness. Delivered in excellent condition.
