Phone has to be hanging off a surface with plenty of clearance for this to work. Issue could be solved if the base of the mount was a bit taller. I'm not happy with how weak the magnet is. It can't safely hold my Iphone 4 with a case on. The phone falls off with little turbulence while using it in my car and will likely end up damaging the phone if i continue to use this mount. I have none of these issues with a different brand and better quality magnet mount I've brought. Also, while the use of the product is simple to figure out the English directions have typos. The directions are clearly intended for the Chinese market first.
