I used it for my online class, talk on the phone and when I workout! I wear glasses so it doesn't effect me at all, they're still very comfortable. It doesn't block out all the outside noise, but I would say it blocks out about 85% which is still great. They work great when I have a phone call, just doesn't work when i'm on FT which i wish it did. Also when I do my workouts they tend to slip off. They arent tight enough on my head and I think i have a big head lol, but for workouts I'd recommend wearing earphones rather than headphones. But overall rating i gave 4 stars. I also bout this in the refurbished department so I only paid about $45.
