What amp would work with these (not trying to get expensive)?

Butt kicker amp...if they still make them...look up buttkicker in Amazon...there will be several options. OR, look up ‘integrated amplifier’. Make sure the amp has enough head room for this thing! It eats up power.

I will use only one tst429. tst429 is rated for 8 ohms. when samson server 300 amplifier is in bridged-mono use it's rated at 4 ohms. recommendations

It’ll still drive the tst429 at 8 ohms, it just won’t have as much power output. To get the response you want from the tst429, you might have to turn the gain control way up...increasing the chance of feeding the amps distortion into the tst429.

I have a row of three theater seats. How many Units would i need? 1 for each chair (3) or just 1 on the middle chair? What amp should i buy?

I have the same configuration as yours. I used one unit that was mounted to the frame under the middle seat. The result was outstanding. As for the amp. I have a Buttkicker BKA 1000-N. The combination of these is making movie watching experience memorable.
