Great product, Good quality...Replace cartridges yearly
Great stuff, not sure the test vile is worth it but good to understand how it works. This stuff is the real deal with 10 percent heat vs a lot of pepper spray on the market. Do yourself a favor and look at percentages on anything before you buy it. Also you should be replacing the inserts once a year. The Pepper spray units last forever, had them on all our keys for 8 years and they still are great.

Great price and a good product. Getting used to the spray radius with the practice cartridge is essential to safely using the spray so this dual pack is perfect

Using the practice cartridge is necessary
I feel the practice cartridge is absolutely necessary if you plan on depending on this for self defense. I would have probably sprayed an attacker on the knees if I didn’t test it out and realize how the spray pattern behaves. After using it though, I feel like I have a pretty good idea exactly how to aim and use my device. That being said, the velocity and volume that comes out, is pretty pathetic compared to other pepper sprays I have tested.

Ugh .at first then.... wow !
The test shot stem was shorter and won't function. I'm changing to a five star ! The seller saw my review and sent a new set to me without even letting me know ! Super impressed with seller 5 star

ASP should not sell such junk!
Garbage. You can't rely on this. I used the test product. I got one small, weak spray that went MAYBE 3 feet. The second spray just dribbled out. Thinking the test spray might be different than the real spray, or that my test spray was defective, I tried the real spray with the same results. Horrible product. I am glad I didn't count on this is a real emergency situation. Any attacker would just laugh at you if you tried to use this horrible product. ASP makes fine stuff. They missed the mark on this and should be ashamed of themselves!

The test spray was disapponting
I'm not super confident in the live spray because the test spray was a half second of limp, barely there stream of isopropyl alcohol. The packaging suggests you get multiple brief sprays with the live cartridge so I hope that's true and the test cart was either worthless or faulty.
