Do the instructions show you exactly how to wire it to the reverse lights for the camera and to the fuse box, acc, radio for the screen?

Yes they do, but mine won't work as it turns out the camera needs wiring through a relay, so not quite as straight forward as I'd like. The instructions certainly don't mention that!

Hi , does this product compatible with Honda civic 1Litre (2018 version)?

Well, compatible it is, but what they don't tell you when you buy it is that the wireless signal may be interupted by the engine and whilst it will work with just the ignition on, it won't work with the engine running and you have to wire the sender unit via a relay so it will work. I wouldn't buy it again knowing this now.
