Certainly helps a bit, but don't expect miracles
I've been using this particular product during workouts for a while now and it definitely helps a bit in reducing fatigue, but isn't a miracle product or anything like that. EAA's aren't super necessary, but they certainly offer more benefits than BCAA's. I use this primarily as a way to keep hydrated, which is works really well for - the EAA's are more of a plus. One thing to note, though, is to avoid the fruit punch flavor by any means. I've tried all the others and they're great (really like the Maui Twist and Apple Pear flavors), but fruit punch is awful. I'm going to try throwing in some Stevia with it to make it more bearable, but I'm not sure if that'll help with the gag-inducing medicinal flavor that's there at baseline. I would recommend just staying away and going with any other flavor besides fruit punch.

Blueberry Lemonade is Gross
Blueberry Lemonade tastes terrible! So disappointed. The Fruit Punch flavor was delicious. Wanted to try something new...boy do I regret it.

Refreshing and easy to take during training
I bought it looking for something I could take while training that wasn't too heavy, and so far it has been great. I haven't been using it for very long yet, but I find it convenient for staying hydrated. For now, I see it as an option
