I just used the sticky tape that comes with it, but you can also screw in. So far I’ve left them on all day and the battery hasn’t ran out but also I think that has to do with you using your own batteries lol not necessarily the light itself. I used these under my son’s loft bed and they fit perfectly and haven’t fallen off yet. It does come with 2 remotes maybe in case you use half of them elsewhere but only need to use one remote since I have them all in the same place.
