It mounted right over the existing mirror. The "Panoramic" mirror has two (2) adjustable set screws to fit just about any height. You need to measure though the distance between your existing mirror and the sun visor to ensure adequate width. Outside of that, it works great. Excellent visibility. **Q: Does it block the sun visors?** A: This was installed in a Toyota Camry.
