as a person who owns cats and also likes to move my puzzle from my desk to my bed to the kitchen table, this thing is a godsend. pieces barely move when you transport it and the cover keeps my orange cat from taking off with the pieces. sturdy, great for the price, and great overall.

This is a rare find. It really works. I like doing puzzles, but I have a very active cat. I tried to just cover puzzles with a cookie sheet, but that didn't work. I tried rolling mats, but they didn't always work, and the cloth would stick to the pieces. 1) The cover is easy to place and remove. It is surprisingly fast 2) the mat is smooth, so it is easy to move pieces around 3) It is a very decent size. 500-1000 piece puzzles are fine for the most part (unless you do some with unusual shapes/sizes.

This board is super for puzzles with one exception. The board is padded and every time you press a puzzle piece in place, at least one jumps out of place, sometimes more. I’m not sure why it needs to be padded at all. It must be some sort of memory foam, because where I have rested my arms or hands, there are indentions. Possibly, eventually the whole board will be indented and the padding won’t be a problem. Otherwise, it is a nice size for most puzzles, the cover is easy to put on and take off, and the board is lightweight, yet rigid enough to carry the puzzle around.

Love this, always have to move my puzzles and this works great. Much better than the roll up type. You just need somewhere to lay it when you need to move it. Under furniture works great!

Love this mat. My pieces don’t move at all. Took from bedroom to living room with no worries of losing a piece. Nice cover too

I did a 500 piece in a 5 day period. I did use a cookie sheet for extra puzzle pieces so it would not be crowded. The cover helped secure and I slid the board with cookie sheet on top under my couch. Pulled out and back under. My cat had no idea it was there.Perfect, love this board

I really love this puzzle mat. It is not too big. It is the perfect size for my 500 and - 1000 piece puzzles. It is easy to move and to store. It is a simple mat…nothing elaborate, exactly what I wanted.

I bought a bigger wooden board for my elderly Mother for Mother’s Day. The board was big and she thought it was bulky. She was also afraid that it was going to scratch her table. I ended up keeping that board for myself and kept looking for one for her. I found this one. This mat suits her much better. It’s very light. So it’s easy to move and store. It’s firm enough to pick it up and move it with the puzzle put together. It also comes with a nice cover to put over it. If you have a cat. This would be a nice feature for you. Because we all know they like to bat stuff around and knock it off the table. We normally do a 300 piece puzzle. We like the puzzles with larger pieces. The puzzle we first did was 24X18. We had plenty of room left. We normally do puzzles on the kitchen table. So the ease of moving this is a plus. If you are looking for a sturdy, lightweight mat, that’s easy to store away. I would highly recommend this one.

Das Produkt ist super, man kann darauf toll puzzlen, und das Puzzle haustiersicher verstauen. Die Unterlage ist stabil für einen Transport von z. B. dem Verstauungsort zum Platz, an dem man puzzlen möchte. Das Material ist hochwertig, die Puzzleteile verrutschen nicht, aber man kann sie trotzdem darauf bewegen. Ich mag es lieber als einen Puzzle Teppich, da sich das Material angenehmer anfühlt. Die Abdeckung ist auch super und schützt vor Staub und meinen Katzen. Ich habe mich noch nicht getraut, die Unterlage senkrecht zu lagern, aber bei ersten kurzen Versuchen wirkt es so, als würden die Teile am Platz bleiben. Ich lagere es auf einer Kommode. Für 1000 Teile im Standardformat ist die Größe perfekt. Größere gehen leider nicht, aber dafür hätte ich eh keinen Platz. :) Ich hatte etwas Bedenken, weil es noch keine Rezensionen gab, aber bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Geliefert wird es in einem riiiiiiesigen Karton, nicht erschrecken. :)

I bought this for my jigsaw puzzles and it works very well. I can cover my jigsaw and put it away until I feel like doing it again. The mat is good quality and light and easy to move. Highly recommend.
