Got this for my husband, he is blue collar and LOVED this set. Perfect for just starting working out or after a long day!

Been using these regularly for a while and they work great and have held up very well. Not as firm as I would like, but for the price I'm not complaining. For particularly deep or large knots, I still smash myself against the corner of a door jam, but for general maintenance this set works great. The Muscle Roller Stick and Fasciitis Ball are really useful and have held up well. I don't really use the Stretching Strap, more lack of knowledge probably but it doesn't do anything for me I can't do without it. The bag has held up really well and is a very good fit for all the tools. This hasn't replaced my massages and chiropractor, but it's increased the time between visits by probably 25% or so using these a couple times a week after workouts.

It’s pretty good, product does what it needs to. The bag is a bit small and cheaply made so when I put all the items in the bag it gets stuck. I just keep the foam roller out now

This pack has been a life saver for me, as a newbie just starting to finally take my fitness seriously at age 40. Meaning I'm always stiff and sore. The foam roller is nice and very firm. I really like the different shapes balls to really pinpoint where I need the release. The strap is very handy for stretching, especially since I am very inflexible, it helps get a nice stretch on my legs and arms. But the best part to me is the tiger tail roller. I've never used one before this, so I don't have much to compare it to, but it feels very nice and is much easier to use than the foam roller because it is just hand held and I don't have to get into compromising positions on the floor to use it 😅

Its okay. Has a lot of stuff. Read the description as the roller is very small.

I could open all my back knots with the massage ball.

Sturdy, durable foam. These were great for physio when I was recovering form surgery. I still use them to relax my back and shoulder muscles, and massage my feet.
