The leather is part of the upper/outside material around the shoe. **Q: Do you do a size 9 wide? It doesn’t show in the drop down box** A: Hi, yes it is a wide fitting. I've had mine now for over a yesr5. They are extremely comfortable and waterproof. Sadly the sole is beginning to come apart. The back part of the sole is coming away from the grey part of the sole. I'm very disappointed because they are lovely shoes. I intend to contact Keen about it. **Q: Is this the wide model, or the normal width model ? thanks** A: wide model. i didnt realise there was a normal model. I paid £67 for them but they just dont last.
