I am absolutely thrilled with this Imarku carving knife. It's a truly impressive tool that has elevated my cooking and carving game. Love this knife. Buy it you'll be happy.
I've been using this knife for several months now ever since my 5" Cuisinart Santoku knife fell on the floor and the blade snapped in half. The 7" blade is a nice size. Its very sharp and has stayed sharp so far. Well balanced and not too heavy and the handle fits nicely in my hand and looks great. I would buy this again.

my mom approved. my mom who cooks a lot, loves this knife, works really well and very sharp. nice handle so it's very comfortable to use, blade length is perfect for most stuff you have to use it for on daily bases. looks pretty sleek as well.
