Renew Actives Gentle Sleep Supplement

I have been dealing with insomnia for several years, after having worked split shifts and midnight shifts (as well as getting older). My normal night consists of lying in bed for an hour or so before falling asleep, then waking up at least five times during the night (my fitness tracker once showed me waking up 20 times). When I've taken over the counter sleep aids, I go to sleep quickly and sleep for 8 hours or more, but the next morning I feel hung over and cranky all day. Total Sleep, taken about 1 hr before bedtime, does help me relax. I don't notice it putting me to sleep quickly (a higher dose of melatonin does that), but I don't wake up as often (1 or 2 times) and I am able to get up in the a.m. refreshed. I would have to say that it is effective and does what it promises.

I only took one pill a few times. Felt somewhat groggy the next day. I needed something that would let me get back to sleep (as I wake up so frequently during the night) and make me feel refreshed the next morning. That didn't happen, but as I stated I only took one pill for several nights in a row. One of these nights I will try two.

Slowly and patiently using larger amounts of this along with other supplements seems to get me 2-4 consecutive hours of sleep usually several hours after taking. I’m grateful I don’t burp valerian (or any other ingredient) after taking this.

OK,I am writing a review today to clear up some misconceptions on this product.I have read some felt sick or druggy all day after taking this at night.I'm drug sensitive so less of something is always best to start anyway.The first couple weeks of taking only one capsule at bedtime I woke feeling awful plus a really bad headache.However sometime your body has to adjust to a new product and it also can make a difference with food or without.I just kept taking it each night changing what I ate with it or tried not eating when taking one capsule only.I'm not saying it was fun to suffer but amazing after a couple weeks I can honestly I have no side effects. I can drink coffee as late as 5:00pm in the evening and still sleep at night with taking just one capsule.I can't even imagine taking two at once.I think this company should print on the back of their bottles take one or two at bedtime.So nice to take one of these capsules crawl into bed and in no time I start to relax,then fall asleep.I just ordered two more bottles today.

I had high hopes for this. I took one capsule the first night and had a reaction to it. I was sick and dizzy. Could not go to sleep until 3:00 AM. I really felt drugged! I will not try any more of them and I am glad I did not take two caps as recommended. Others seem to like it but our bodies are not all the same.

I have only used them twice and took just one tablet each time but boy I was dragging the following the day and I mean the whole day both times.

This product seems to work better than Melatonin. I have Fibromyalgia and most times it helps me fall asleep 😴 easier.

the product that helps me best is one with MELANTONIN. The product I am using right now is 'SOMSA' Two of those help me the best.
