The letters are about 12 inches tall.It's a simple black color/finish which took paint easily and dried quickly. The bottom of the C holds just one layer of corks and has open space around corks, so I wish it was just a little larger to hold a second layer so that gap wouldn't be there.Otherwise, it's been a cute conversation piece.In the stock photo, you can see some ridges and dents along the back and bottom. Don't let those deter you because in person, I could not see them like I do in the photo. Had I know this was just over 1 foot square, I wouldn't have bought this. The thinner portions of the letter I bought (C) are too wide for a single wine cork but too narrow for even 2. Once filled with corks there are lots of awkward spaces left behind due to this fact (oversight?).I am not sure if the seller makes these as they are ordered but it took 2 weeks for the order to be shipped.
