I ordered this and received 2 the first time and the second time I only received 1 tin. Still waiting.. customer service told me it’s still in transit but everything shows as delivered and it’s been a week since my complaint!! Calling again!

The powdered sugar is yellowish. They don't look store fresh. Does this mean they are expired???
