Excellent beginner light
I wish when I was starting out in studio photography that these lights existed. Built in radio triggers and very high value are the features that set this light apart.

Good light, Slow recycle time
The recycle time between flashes was a bit disappointing. I use it for wedding photography. When I am shooting fast moving activities such as First Dance, thats when I need fast recycle time. The quality of light and build is good though.

Broken light bulb, glass everywhere, cut my finger on the glass.
Bulb was broken when I received the item. Glass was everywhere in the box and the internal packaging looked like it was used. Giving 3 stars because I’ve already bought two of these, and they were fine. I will be buying another to replace the broken one. Can I please receive a new product if I am paying the “new product” price?

Great strobe, EXCELLENT customer service!
This is a great economical strobe. I own a commercial studio that rents production spaces and use various other commercial grade strobes. Purchased 5 of these for a smaller studio in my facilities. These strobes are used on a daily basis by many of my customers and offer excellent service. Did have one strobe fail but I have say that the customer service is superior. They looked for various options to replace the equipment (I'm located in Puerto Rico) and finally had me order a replacement so they could issue a refund. I would definitely recommend this vendor.

Upgrade to higher quality
I’ve used this maybe 9 times since March 2024 and it already is not working . It continues to make a popping sound like it wants to explode or catch fire. Not sure if I can get support or if I have to buy something else

Este flash tiene una calidad muy superior al similar de neewer e incluso ha estado a precio más bajo. Incluye campana con grid y con “calcetines” de colores, que son súper útiles. Otras grandes ventajas son su tamaño y peso reducidos. Excelente compra.

I must admit, the only thing I'd like them to do is shoot at less than 1/32 power, but otherwise they're excellent. I use manual flash power so these are absolutely fine. Consistent temperature and good power.
