Fantastic product at a great price for what you get.
I purchased this item as my current intervalometer only worked on one of my cameras and I liked that this had connections for both. Having received and used this, it’s now 100% going to replace my previous one and will be used on all my camera bodies. The device is well built, instructions and usage are clear and it works amazingly well. You can also used it as a wired intervalometer if you want too.

Good but
I bought this as a gift for my daughter who just upgraded from her 1000D to a 6D MkII the reason I chose this item being I aready have the Nikon version for myself It is a good item but the instructions could do with being a lot clearer they are to say the least a little sketchy. You CAN work out what to do but more explanatory instructions would go a long way to taking this device closer to 5 stars instead of 4

Two ways to hook up to a Fuji XT2
This can be used with a Fuji XT2 as well using the 2.5mm male-to-male jackplug lead that comes with the kit thereby freeing up the mini-usb socket on the camera for tethered shooting.Really pleased with it.

use as an intervalometer for extended video on cameras
This worked fine for taking photos but I could not get it to work on video clips to get around the max 29min 59 sec recording times. I followed numerous youtube guidance and I emailed the supplier who responded that this product only works with photos, not videos. This is surprising as all the guidance indicates that all intervolameters are the ideal work around solution.

Worked well for a few months and then stopped working
Worked well for a few months and then stopped working, brought a new cable for it and it is still not working so it is a faulty unit.

I have not really had a moment to fully test all the features, but for what I need at the moment, which is just a standard wireless release when I use my tripod, it works great. Since this is my 1st full-on wireless release device, I have nothing to compare it with, but I am satisfied with what I paid for and have no complaints to date. I will know more once I test all the features. As it stands, I would purchase this device again.

I purchased this for a Pentax DSLR. Even though there is an intervalometer function in the Pentax K30, I wanted something with remote control capability - something that would allow me to trigger my camera's shutter from a distance, while also allowing me to see how far along I was in any time-lapse that my camera was shooting. This product fits the bill really well. While I haven't measured off the exact distance of the remote, so far it has worked at distances easily up to 20 - 30 feet without a problem. This particular model says it is suited to Canon cameras but I have often purchased items compatible with Canon because they seem to work well with my Pentax K30. All functions are here: delay time until shooting starts, number of frames to shoot, number of times to repeat shooting frames, bulb mode for long exposures, and a remote that lights up in the dark so that I can read and/or set any of the features that need my attention. The package comes with two different cords (depending on the size of the jack that your camera has) and this fit my camera perfectly. As an added bonus, I recently upgraded to a Fujifilm XT-3 mirrorless camera (which also has a built-in intervalometer) and hooked this AODELAN remote up the XT-3 to test it out. It works perfectly with my camera (actually, it seems like it interfaces with the XT-3 even better than the Pentax). I am very pleased with the product and recommend it to anyone. Do I have any gripes about it? Just one: as others have mentioned the user manual is a bit confusing and doesn't do a great job of explaining how all of the settings work. But, rest assured, you can go to YouTube and find videos on this model (and others that are manufactured just like it) and find the instruction that you need to be up and running in a very short amount of time.
