We ordered these blinds 1 1/2 months ago. We just got them hung up Saturday. Installation went just fine. Good coverage! They were for our master bathroom windows behind the garden tub. We opted for a multi remote because there are two windows. It makes it handy so we don't have to crawl in the tub to close a shade! The shades are smooth going up and down. They do have a USB charging port for charging.

Great shades. I purchased blackout option, someone mentioned it’s not a true blackout, but I think it is, as it does not let the sun light through. Easy install, works fine. Great customer service.

I order off Amazon a lot. I see my FedEx/UPS guy more than my family. I can honestly say that this is the best product that I have purchased online. The shade is great. It is easy to install, it looks very high end, and it provides shade and privacy for the huge windows in my living room. Back in the day (last week) we couldn’t even be in the living room in the afternoon because it was so hot and bright. The customer service is also AMAZING (shout out to Cindy). I love these shades.

UPDATE after 3.5 years of daily use: Still going strong. The sound it makes rolling up is louder than going down, and it is a little bothersome first thing in the morning, but is worth it. I use it multiple times a day, as this is also my backdrop for conference calls, this way I control the light more precisely. Need to charge it about once a quarter. Original review: Came extremely well packaged wrapped into two layers of strong cardboard. Everything was taped, glued and stapled, all three simultaneously, so no chance for parts to fall out. The material was slightly wrinkled at the bottom, hopefully it will straighten with time, not a big deal for me. Easy to install, the motor is quiet. The remote looks like it was designed by Apple. I like the idea that it has internal batteries and I don't need to run wires to it. Will update the review if something goes wrong with it. Mine is 98 inches wide and moves with ease.

Came quickly, about 2 weeks. Excellent packaging. Easy to install. Simple and quality remote control. Problem came when I tried to set high and low limits. Instructions very poor. After several unsuccessful tries, shade wouldn't work at all. Texted company, they sent different instructions. Still shade wouldn't work. They sent new instructions. Finally got shade to work but high and low limits did not. I gave up and have settled for starting and stopping using the controller. They must not sell many of these shades or they would have had to have worked out this problem long ago.

These motorized roller shades are amazing. They not quite easy to install due to length being 94” wider x 100” long each. Someone need to hold on other end. Once the brackets were installed at correct distance, they just snap on. The remote was preprogrammed for all the shades. Three of these were packaged properly. They arrived at perfect condition. Although the motor batteries are pre-charged, I charged them full before installing them. Wish the charging cables are longer. But I had longer charging cable from other devices.

I needed a blind for a 2nd story window, so a motorized, remote control blind was ideal. The company provided excellent customer service, verified the size if the blind and how i wanted to hang it, and made adjustments after clarifying options. The remote control easily mounts on the wall, so it cannot be lost. The blind works perfectly and filters light, as i hoped it would. Blocking the sun in the summer, but will be easy to put up on cool days to let the sun in.

Pretty cool shade. Works perfect in our bathroom. The remote can be a little unresponsive at times and is a little noisy but overall it is really nice. I would buy it again.
