Great glove, you get what you pay for.
I just started using this glove and really like it. The leather is thick enough that my fingers aren't raw after an hour of shooting arrows (30# bow). But I can still feel the string and control my release naturally. My only complaint is that the wrist strap hasn't broken in yet (leather usually softens over time), but right now it scratches my wrist a little. Compared to the other gloves I tried, and sent back, this is my favorite.

Disappointed...
The leather is good quality. The craftsmanship is good, however, the functionality is subpar. I personally prefer these types of style three-finger gloves. Just simply because the leather is thicker. It's easier on my fingers. I went into this knowing that I'm going to have less tactile feel and you should know that anytime you buy these types of gloves. But that's not the problem. The problem is the seams on the top of these gloves they don't point upwards. They point outwards and because they point outwards to the left and the right instead of up, they end up moving your arrow up. So if you're shooting three fingers under like I do, this creates an issue and makes the gloves essentially completely useless for anybody who shoots three fingers under. Cheaper $10 gloves at a local sporting goods store have better functionality than these do and that is the reason for the lower stars. Don't get me wrong. I love bear, they make great products. The quality of the glove is good and if you're shooting one finger on top two fingers on bottom, this glove will probably work great for you as long as you're not looking for a high tactile feel, but for me it doesn't work.

Quality Feel
This glove definitely feels like a quality item. I followed the size chart for Bear Archery's other glove ("Bear Archery Leather 3 Finger Traditional Archery Shooting Glove"), and the fit of this glove has worked out perfectly for me. The leather is very thick and will require a lengthy break-in period: I'm thinking at least 100 arrows. I used engineering digital calipers (not leather calipers) and measured leather thicknesses of 2.50 mm in the fingers and 2.15 mm in the rest of the glove.

Great glove
My husband loves this glove. He's a big guy and it fits his hand much better than ones he's tried on in stores. Excellent value for the price. Very comfortable. A quality glove without any unnecessary extras. Simple and very effective.

Leather is too stiff
I found it way too hard to shoot with the Glove. I wanted to transition from a tab to a glove, but perhaps this glove wasn't right not me. I have borrowed gloves before, but they were much softer. To be fair, it's great quality! I'm sure others could shoot using this glove, but it's sadly not for me nor my husband - who also shoots with a tab.

Fantastic fit and thick leather
Love this glove made of thick leather and fits well.

Poor materials and workmanship, not Bear.
It's got the Bear name. It looks good, the leather was dry-rotted, it split longways on the finger bed. The Velcro closure is sewn haphazardly, and isn't finished at the edge, so it grinds on the wrist, and becomes an irritating distraction when you're trying to shoot. Worth $10, cost $28.

Well made. Questionable fit. Arrived late.
I ordered two bowstrings and this glove from Amazon. One of the bowstrings came in two days (Prime) like it was supposed to, but the other was packaged with this glove for some reason and arrived two days later with what seemed to be unknown tracking info. Feeling it was lost, I ordered a different glove from another supplier. Then of course this glove arrived. I had a glove just like this Bear glove decades ago and it was solid. This one might be sized differently as it's tight in the fingers and wrist strap (I take an "M" in almost everything). The length along the back of my hand seems ok. I might be able to stretch out the fingers out but the wrist strap seems to have way too much velcro (the rough side) around it and scratches my wrist. I'd have to try to trim it off. When the other glove comes in (half the price of this one), I'll figure out whether to return/exchange/refund this glove or keep it as a backup. The construction seems to be great - thick leather on the fingers and back of hand. Good quality. Just not sure about size. I was going to go shooting two days ago, but the glove arriving late killed those plans. I'd give it 4 stars for fit if it wasn't for being 2 days late and scrapping my plans to go shooting - hence the 3 stars.
