I normally like soft soled insoles, these are kinda hard, but oddly very comfortable. I had low expectations so had some replacements on deck, but these are great, so no need. I also normally wear a size 9 wide, with these I went 9 normal as suggested by a few other comments, and that was a good call. They're plenty wide in normal (I think its called medium) and length wise they're true to size.They're great boots so far. I work construction so I need a heavy duty boot that will protect my feet from the weather and from working conditions.First off I wear a size 10 danner boot, and when I got these they were a tad small. Got dr scholl's inserts and now they fit perfectly.
