You charge it up and it'll last an hour maybe. Tops. Which is fine for a session but demands immediate recharging after. The pain relief is good; but I almost want to say I wish it was tighter. And i'm a man, should be tight already. I even saw some saw it was too small for their hands. Maybe my hands are just more messed up than others though because I need a lot of compression to benefit from it! I also wish the compression could be permament and not on a cycle but then I suppose it wouldn't be a massage. Speaking of, there's 3 different patterns. So you can switch between them to ensure your hand doesn't get too used / dull to the pattern. Works nicely all things considered. I look forward to the massage after work and typing.
