can this roll 1 3/4 inch hulls?

No, I cut down some 2 3/4" shells a bit too far. The crimper couldn't reach that far.

It has no markings as to origin. I assume it was made in China, India, or some other than USA. It functions fine though.

Can I crimp a 3 1/2 shell ?

I would believe it would…. I don’t shoot 3 1/2 anymore… unless I absolutely need to.
