Tastes great, I'm using this like those pixi sticks and taking a out 1/2 teaspoon 3 times a day along with berberine. I see improvement in my glucose numbers and I'm like not hungry AT ALL since implementing this routine on a carnivore/ketovore diet. I was kinda struggling before starting this with the berberine and I'm pretty impressed with how much it has helped me stave off hunger/cravings while bringing my glucose down into 70s/80s range when it was sticking in the 90s/120s-130s range even with omad.With that being said, don't start off with 1tsp right away (I am still only taking 1/2 teaspoon 3, times a day) because it will cause gas and tummy pain (from the gas), 1/2 tsp seems to be the sweet spot for me to avoid this, the other day I thought I'd increase it to 1tsp and it still has that effect with the 1tsp lol.Other than that, this tastes amazing, just like sugar! Delicious.

I like this sugar for the low glycemic level instead of sugar. Taste and texture is good. Works in bake goods, but if you want a crisp cookie I have to use some real sugar. In other recipes, I can't tell the difference. I will use this in fruit sauces also.

Not as sweet as cane sugar, but has a much better taste than artificial sweeteners

LOVE THIS...wholesome yum products are the best. Totally changed the way I cook and bake. Gives you sweetness without calories and carbs. Bake goods taste awesome without the sugar.

This is the worst. They say you have to use a little more to get the same sweetness as sugar. You have to use a ridiculous amount. They claim it has no chemicals but it made my mouth water and I was drooling all day. I only used it in my coffee once and threw the rest in the trash.
