very lightweight, and as soon as I applied it I could feel my hair just start absorbing it. As a Chinese person, my hair+scalp won't accept coconut oil, and this product has no coconut oil!! Also, I recently permed my hair, and I've noticed it's been kind of dry and my curls loosened a bit; but the day after I put this on I can see my curls again!!! disclaimer: I did use their LA hold gel, but the curls bit has gotta be from this leave-in. My curls could also be from me washing+conditioning my hair more lately; however, I do really like the feel of the leave-in on my hands, it's very close to a moisturizer :3

This is a good leave-in conditioner, especially for curls and waves, but a little goes a long way. If you use too much, it can leave your hair feeling sticky or weighed down. Once I found the right amount for my hair, it worked well—moisturizing and lightweight. Just be careful with the quantity!

I bought this conditioner for my mom for Mother's Days since she has a mixture of 3-type curls and could never find the right product. So many products have mango in them which she is allergic to. It was hard to find one that doesn't have mango, doesn't smell like coconut or fruit, is reasonably priced, and is light weight enough for fine loose curls but can cater to tighter, thicker hair types. This product did just that and her hair LOVES it! It's moisturizing, has a smooth creamy texture, has an extremely light almost not existent scent, and is affordable. I definitely recommend this for people with curls or waves who like lightly scented products. I like it, I don't love it. If you're a natural looking for a leave in with good slip that's heavy enough for 4a-c hair, it's a good one, but I've been natural my whole life and when I was a broke college girl, I used Suave Conditioner as a leave in (and for everything else) and it was just as good. Honestly, it's not worth the price unless you're not concerned about price. I'd stick with tresseme or even suave coconut for a good smell, good slip and great conditioning. I like it and I understand why so many girls like it because it SAYS leave in while still being heavy enough to provide slip and deep moisture, but you can use regular conditioner as leave in, check the ingredients! They're exactly the same as a regular conditioner.

Love this moisturizer. It is not cheap, but it's worth what I spend on it. It is a concentrated product, so you don't need much. This product can be used by naturals and relaxed hair. I am African American.I have thick, coarse relaxed hair. My hair is just past my shoulders. When I say I don't even need a dime size amount of this product to moisturize all of my hair, I mean it. This product makes my hair feel soft, detangled and smooth. Even my new growth responds to this product! This product does not weigh my hair down at all. I still have plenty of bounce and flowy movement to my hair. If you have frizzy, curly hair, this product will help that too. Keep in mind not to use too much. Great product. I will repurchase and I would recommend.

I am African American with about 4C hair, and my hair is not permed and this product is cool but not for me. My 15 month old has very soft hair and not 4C (not sure which though loose curls but not super duper loose; she is not mixed) and when I put this on her hair it moisturizes it and brings out all of her curls. I originally bought this product for her so if I wouldn't have used it, it would have been five stars but after I took out my sew in that had been up for about six months my hair was a mess and after my husband deep conditioned it and washed it I used this product as a leave in and it just doesn't moisturize my hair. I have also tried this product dry a couple of days ago and maybe I put too much on but it left my hair white and then the next day it was a snow storm whenever I scratched my hair. I have to wash and deep condition again because of this stuff. It says not greasy but it is not weightless to me and very greasy even in my daughter's hair. I will not be using this product again. But a girl on youtube with similar type hair as me, kind of, swears by this and it works awesome for her but she does use other products and from what I have seen, has used it on damp hair. So it may work for you, I hope it does.

Not sure about some other reviews but I LOVE this WEIGHTLESS conditioner. You use very very little. I apply it to my hair right after I shower barely putting a towel to my head. I use about a quarter to half dollar mixed in my hands into my wet hair so it distributes easily and I dont over apply it. My hair is transitioning to grey long curly low porosity hair. My hair can get so tangled sometimes I have to use regular conditioner on the ends and comb it thru with a wide tooth comb. I rinse that out then I apply this conditioner as described above. The scent is so clean and fresh smelling I have had compliments. Your hair is so manageable soft and shiny with this conditioner. So afraid it will be like my last "find" and it will be discontinued so I bought 3 today. One bottle has lasted about 2 months and that was over applying sometimes until I went with wet hair application. All I can say is I am impressed and I have been trying everything. So. It's a great product and I am not switching anytime soon.
