Minoura SL-27 Smart Leg Kickstand

This is a quality kickstand from Japan. The workmanship is excellent. It works great for 700 style roadbikes that are light weight aluminum or carbon fiber. I don't think it would be suitable for a heavy mountainbike. It mounts up fine on my Trek Emonda with integrated disc brakes.

I needed a kick stand for my vintage Miyata carbon Fiber road bike. The frame was not really suited for standard center mount kickstand. The Minoura Sl-27 was a tad on the short side so I bent the metal mounting bracket such that has a sling smaller mounting angle. Now it works fine.

The parts and pieces re food, but once assembled, it makes for a pretty rickety kick stand. If at all possible I would the more conventional type, like the agree field GS2

Does not hold bike stable. Barely usable.

This kickstand is wonderful. Feels solid, looks great and is out of the way. The key during install is to make sure the top "Y" bracket fits over the vertical part of the rear wheel mount (see pic). Feels strange mounting it back that far, but if you don't is does end up being horribly un-sturdy as the others have mentioned. To my delight it even works well with a toddler bike trailer attached which was my fear. Couldn't be happier!

比較的どんなフレームにも柔軟に取り付けられてそこそこ軽量なのが良いです。 悪い点はちょっとフニャフニャしているところです。 半年ほど使って問題は起きていないのですが、何かのはずみで折れてしまいそうで怖いです… ともあれ、前述の通り問題なく使えておりますので 4 です！その後使い続けたせいか、フニャフニャ度合いが強くなってうまく自立しにくくなりました…。 ギリギリ自立はしますがかなり心もとないです。 よって 2 に下げます！

ツーリング用に購入、あってもいいかなと購入しましたが、現在は外しています。それほど、遠出していないので、軽量化のため、ツーリングには付けようと思っています

簡単に取り付けられ重宝しています。★3つにしたのは、軽い自転車には問題ありませんが、少しホールドが弱いかなと感じたので、★３としました。

じゃっかんスタンドを使ったときの角度が大きすぎる気がします。私の取り付け方が悪いだけかもしれません。見た目は良いです。

数あるスタンドの中で、このスマートレッグはその名の通りスマートで格好よく、ロードバイクにも似合います。
