This is a great neti pot for ppl who don’t like trying to figure out how to tilt your head
This neti pot is the best neti pot I’ve ever used! Here’s why: it’s so simple to use, you just gently squeeze it up one nostril and it comes out the other, but there’s no head tilting required. I have occasional episodes of vertigo (the room starts to spin & makes me super anxious) & I’m also prone to getting sick easily/sinus congestion, so my doctor recommended I get a neti pot. The one’s that I’ve used in the past were more difficult because I felt like if I turned my head the wrong degrees my ears would get closed more. And one time, the previous type of neti pot I had, because of the way it released water and my inner ear getting clogged (in layman’s terms), it led to me having a episode of vertigo. But this neti pot has not! It just cleared my nose! It was super easy to set up and to clean. Make sure you use bottled water to know it’s clean water you’re using. Also make sure to heat it up, it makes it a lot easier to go down the other nostril and it feels better; I heat mine for 30 secs but you can probably heat it for a minute and if it’s too warm then just wait a little for it to cool down. I use the salt mixture packets that it comes with; it comes with only two packets though and you have to use one packet per rinse. I do the rinse at night right before bed. The text on the bottle is super easy to read and the dotted line tells you exactly where to fill to. It looks just like the pictures. I’ll be getting my next one in 3 months just as it states on the bottle to do. Totally fine paying the $9 every 3 months for a new one because of how much easier this neti pot is to use. 10 out of 10 would recommend this!

Makes your nose feel so much better after surgery!
My husband had a deviated septum repaired, and this was recommended to aid in healing. He was thrilled with it. It gave him so much relief. It helped him with breathing and dryness, & if you have to buy this stuff because you're having nose surgery, do not pass on it. It's worth every penny.

Buy THIS instead of the armor hammer saline nasal mist!!!
I wish I knew about this before!! I was browsing Amazon and I randomly stumbled upon this item. THIS IS THE ITEM YOU WANT TO BUY FOR PREMADE SINUS RINSES. Dont buy thr other bs. It wont flush out your sinuses properly the way it should. (In one nostril out the other). I bought the pre-made packets and distilled water and kept the bottle. I rinsed it out with the bottled DISTILLED water not tap water. This solution flushed out so much gunk. If your anxious like I am. Put on your favorite TV show (mines spongebob lol ) and lean your head over the sink, breathe in and out gently through your mouth and gently squeeze the bottle. Your nose will feel weird and tingling, your ears my feel a "cooling" sensation. This is normal. Keep squeezing gently untill the liquid comes out the opposite nostril. Rinse for 5 to 8 seconds. Then do the next one. With this bottle alone I get about 2 uses out of it.

Supposedly reusable bottle has foil seal—not compatible with microwave heating
Amazon’s sale and delivery of this product was satisfactory, however, the design of the bottle is seriously flawed. The directions state the bottle and contents may be heated in a microwave for a few seconds to warm the contents. This is impossible due to a tight foil seal that is nearly impossible to remove without damage to the reusable bottle. I ended up using a knife to puncture the foil, remove what I could, heating the solution in another container, then pouring the solution back into the bottle. I will try soaking the bottle to see if it helps loosen whatever seal the foil is on with. It looks as if the foil was heat sealed to the plastic so may not come off without damage to the bottle that will render the reusable bottle completely useless.

Be prepared to have a bad experience at first, but it’s worth mastering.
Tricky to use at first. Have tissues or a towel ready. Stand over the sink with your nose pointed straight down into the center of the sink. Do not face forward, face down. then squeeze the bottle gently into one nostril until the water runs out the other nostril, then switch sides. It will flood your throat and cause you to choke if your head is at all lifted. Unpleasant on first use. It’ll clog your ears like you’re underwater. Once the gunk has cleared, continue to face down and blow your nose gently. If you lift your head, the drainage will go to your throat and ears. It’s awful if you do it wrong, but harmless. Definitely don’t use plain tap water. It’ll burn without the powdered mix of salt and baking soda. The relief is life changing once you master it.

I use it every week- great neti pot alternative
I would be lost without my neti pot. I use it multiple times a week. It’s easy to clean, easy to use. Make sure you use distilled water. I opt for smart water brand. I have a deviated septum and allergies this helps to really clear me out when I get a sinus headache or congestion or just inflammation.

I love this stuff and its helped me so much. If you have a stuffy, swollen or just cant breath well out of your nose i 100% suggest trying this stuff. I have used the pressurized sprays such as Sterimar... they have only hurt me more and made my nose bleed and become more stuffy! this neilmed product along with the teapot shaped version are so gentle and have helped me to breath again.. i was not able to do anything before and now i can do activities and not feel like im suffocating! my nose is close to normal but has always been very sensitive many smells make it sting and hurt and i used to often get nosebleeds just from smelling stong smells. not lately! i truely love this saline device and cannot recommend it more.

tried it don't like it

I tried a few different models and this is the simplest and the best. Very easy to use and clean. Soft plastic is easy to squeeze. You don't have to lift the bottom up, it basically sucks from the bottom as you squeeze. This also use at least 90 percent of the solution out of the bottle which is great. It's a little expensive for a plastic bottle but at least it's a one time purchase and you know you're getting the best. By the way, it says you need to replace the bottle every three months. Personally, I think this is a marketing gimmick. I intend to use it longer for sure. I bet it won't melt or make me sick :)
