These are really sturdy shelves that are easy to install. There are some things to consider. First, use a magnetic screw driver (including a drill with a magnetic head) because you will be reaching into the back of your cabinet and dropping a screw is a pain. Second, test the drawer opening before screwing down. Place the unit in the cabinet and try pulling out the glides for the drawer. Finally, you may have to drill pilot holes if the bottom of your cabinet is particle board or compressed wood. It takes a bit of pushing on an electric drill to get the screws in and, again, you'll be in the back of your cabinet. The easy close feature is fine--it works--but really isn't necessary. Be sure to measure carefully following the instructions that the manufacturer gives you. Just a note. One of my units had the wrong glide on it. I called and they shipped the correct one right away.

The pull-out shelf took only minutes to install and works perfectly. Nice and sturdy and smooth gliding operation.

These roll out shelves are really well made and good quality. Going to use then in our RV to organize the cabinets over the table and chairs and in the kitchen as i really don't have a pantry

This pullout tray is an excellent way to modernize older kitchen cabinets. No longer do I have to get on my hands and knees, pull out everything in the front of the cabinet to access what's in the back of the cabinet. A lifesaver. Extremely easy to install (comes with a template you just drill thru) and works perfectly.

I love the sturdiness of these shelves. Bought this to replace an older version of this same Rev-a-shelf pull-out that rusted due to a water leak. Very happy to find this 12x18 size available on Amazon as my local store only had longer ones. I would have given 5 stars but a redesign appears to have made this harder to install. The screw holes have been moved closer to the side of the unit. This made it impossible to get my cordless drill/screwdriver in position to put in the screws. Had to use a manual screwdriver which is difficult due to a permanent shoulder injury. Despite this issue, I would order more of these if I had more cabinets that needed them.
