***UPDATE 11/20/25*** Well, I just got my next order of cookies! It only took three months! Lol. I don’t know why the manufacturer is taking so long to fill orders, especially since they just moved into new facilities which was supposed to expedite production. Disappointed it took so long to get here but boy am I happy they’re here!! This is the best damn cookie on the planet. I hope that moving forward their production ramps up and it won’t take so long to fill orders! ***update***. 10/25: I ordered my second batch of cookies in August and they told me that the delivery date would be in October. I didn’t quite understand why there is such a lengthy delivery window. Especially when the manufacturer moved into a new factory and supposedly we’re going to be able to produce more product. Well, October has come and gone and now they’re telling me my new delivery date is in December! That would be four months for my cookies to arrive! What is going on with them? Disappointed. But that disappointment will subside when I get my cookies! I just wish this company could get there act together and meet the demand. OMG! I have waited years from my favorite cookie to return to the marketplace! I ordered these on December 30, 2024 and they just arrived today March 5, 2025. Originally they told me it would take a month for delivery and then when that month came, Amazon said it wasn't ready yet that I would have to wait another month which I didn't mind doing so long as I finally got my favorite cookie! Upon receiving, I immediately opened them up and sat down with a tall glass of cold milk and polished off about 10 cookies. They are smaller in size that I remember, but they have the same great crunchy cookie and creamy filling! They are absolutely delicious, just like I remember! I hope that production can ramp up on the manufacturers end and that Amazon will allow for more product to be in their pipeline because I wouldn't want to have to wait another couple of months to be able to order! Although with this order, I ordered 6 packages of cookies, so I'll have enough to last me a little while! (just a little) But please Amazon start allowing this manufacturer to have more product in your facilities. And to the manufacturer, LEAF, please start ramping up production. Hyrox is back, baby! Yum, Yum!

Better than Oreos. These are the original chocolate sandwich cookies that were made by Sunshine Biscuit Company.

Hydrox are the BEST. WHY ARE THEY SO HARD TO GET? I GET SO HAPPY WHEN I FINALLY GET SOME. AND THEN SOMETIMES GO A YEAR OR MORE W/O.

After trying these, Oreo are second fiddle, only the king because they out marketed Hydrox, not out baked them. Richer chocolate taste with a wafer that has a much nicer bite. Spoiled Oreos for me, though its not like they are 10x better, just better.

These are fabulous cookies. Less sweet compared to Oreos and slightly more chocolatey. I only ranked these at 4 stars because the delivery times on this were very long. I had tried to get these months ago, but the delivery date kept getting pushed back. This time the order got processed more quickly, but they still don't arrive as quickly as other options.

We used to be an other brand family. That was the flavor of our celebrations. Now, that brand tastes like plastic. Hydrox are what you want the other brand to be. The cookies have a deep chocolatey flavor. The cookies are crunchy but quickly soften in your mouth. Your palate is then hit by a rick dark chocolate flavor. Then, the cream hits you. The cream that is soft, gentle on your tongue, perfectly balanced against the chocolate. Its heavenly. Clean, whole ingredients. American made. Try them now, you'll be so happy you did!

These are my sons all time favorite cookies ( he doesn’t even like the other famous chocolate sandwich cookies) for awhile they were very difficult to get ( found out they have recently built a new production facility) and they are now available again, I got my son 2 cases for Christmas and he was thrilled, my pastor was a serious fan of the other famous brand of chocolate sandwich cookies and I gifted him a case of these for Christmas and he is now a serious fan of Hydrox cookies and mentioned these delicious cookies in his sermon after Christmas 😁😁😁

Spend the extra $, and get a real cookie with real ingredients! Hydrox are more satisfying, and you don't need to eat as many of them. The current Hydrox made by Leaf really do taste better....Less sweet, and more chocolaty. Yes, they are more expensive, but they are worth it, and they are made in USA. I've compared them against several other similar sandwich cookies, including Oreo, (Walmart) Twist and Shout (my 2nd choice), and some others. These win. My package of 6 arrived in a week or so from my order. They seem to be catching up on shipping and production.
