**Q: Can I turn this on from my phone?**
A: No, you can only manually turn it on.

**Q: bluetooth? how is the sound system?**
A: It has Bluetooth but I can't get my iPhone to connect to it. The receiver looks like something straight out of a 1970s car. The instruction guide font requires a magnifying glass to read it. Not a good system at all.

**Q: How many boxes does it come in?**
A: I believe it was 3

**Q: I read a review and it said that dynamic saunas are not actully low emf. can you verify the actual emf rating?  this is holding me back**
A: With checking with all the EMF info on this subject out there, I think its pretty hard to know whats true and whats not. A lot of reports are 3-years old or more. I will tell you that I have read about how poorly constructed many of the saunas are out there and I can say this sauna was not 1 of them. It went together very well and feels like quality. Be careful what you read on the internet! There is a lot of poorly made saunas at all prices.

We use it every other day for about 2 months now, and we love it! We used to use a traditional sauna for years and were concerned first that the temperature wouldn’t be high enough for sweating - but 150F is more than enough for us. Perfect size for 2 persons, and even sound system is good enough to enjoy movies while sweating. Would definitely recommend this product to everyone looking for infrared home sauna. Assembly required 2 persons and approximately 40 minutes only.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great price for a high-quality 4-person IR sauna

The seller provided great communication after I placed the order. They accurately described shipment timing for delivery from California to my east coast location. They also provided carrier tracking and contact info when that became available. The sauna arrived in perfect condition in 3 boxes shrink-wrapped onto a small pallet (fyi, the buyer must dispose of/recycle the pallet). When unpacking the well-packed boxes, I noted that there were some thin fiber board pieces in the box containing the sauna top. Though these might seem like packing material, they should not be discarded, as they are dust covers that will be placed on the sauna top. The front and back walls of the unit are on the heavy side. My install location is in the basement so, to reduce the weight of the front side wall, I removed the tempered glass door, using one of the provided hex wrenches to remove the 4 hinge screws. To get the front and back wall sides down the basement stairs, we had to slide each wall side down the stairs at an angle. Thought I'd mention this for anyone looking at a 4-person sauna who needs to deal with stairs with limited headroom. The weight of these 2 walls is not prohibitive but, given their dimensions, a reasonable amount of muscle is required to navigate stairs safely. Setup was fairly easy and, for the most part, the manual provided an intuitive flow. Electrical connections are labeled nicely. The only vaguery was in placement of the floor heater section. The floor area between the bench heater wall and the front wall is wider than the floor heater panel and the instructions aren't clear on where to place the panel. I centered the floor panel between the bench heater wall and front wall, then screwed the panel down. Other than that, the walls and interior pieces fit together well after some minor alignment adjustments. The corner clips hold the walls together very well. Once it was built, the sauna powered up and all of the remote and panel controls worked perfectly. I was able to Bluetooth-sync the speakers with a nearby Fire TV. Sound from the sauna speakers was great. I mounted the AM/FM antenna on the sauna top frame and, even in the basement, got 6 FM channels with relatively clear signal. The sauna heats up very quickly, taking about 20 minutes to reach 140. My wife and I have each used it 3 times since and are very impressed with the sauna's quality. Very happy with this purchase and the service we received from both the seller and the carrier. Kudos!
