My wife has a terrible sinus problem and this machine is the only thing she can use to help her breathing. We have one at our home and another at one that we carry with us when we are away. They are made really well and always work: easy to clean and a great buy. We highly recommend recommend this product. We have had the original machine for over seven years.

This Navage Multi-User Bundle has been a game changer for me. It’s helped with my allergies, improved my breathing, and even made fighting off colds much easier. In fact, ever since I started using it, I haven’t had a full-blown “sick sick” episode — and I genuinely believe it cuts down on the number of viruses that manage to get in through the nose. The system is easy to use, relatively simple to clean, and it delivers noticeable results quickly. The only minor downside is that it does take up some counter space since it needs to dry between uses after washing, but that’s a small trade-off for what it provides. If you struggle with congestion, allergies, or seasonal illnesses, this is absolutely worth it. A solid 5-star product.

I was skeptical but willing to try anything at this point! It takes some practice to get used to but figured it out quickly. This actually helps more than anything else I've tried! Dry cracked even bleeding nasal passages finally get some relief! I use it daily now in these dry winter months and continue to have improvement in comfort, breathing, and healing of the " so dry it cracked and bleeds" nasal passages. Love that it comes with 2 sets of nose ports so the wife can use it too.

This product works well and is more pleasant to use than a netti pot. However, when you snap the bottom and top parts to the machine they are plastic. The click edges could easily crack with daily on and off use and should be clamp done. Also, it costs $120.00 a year for one time a day pod use. No pod the machine won't come on. I know it's for ease ,but I resent added cost. It's easy to get salt, water etc. Also, machine is not made in the USA. I worry the motor will be short term. The machines are pricy to me.

I am on my 3rd Navage since 2018. An AMAZING product. I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr Levine at the Cleveland Clinic. I had a botched surgery by the VA and this was the only product that worked flawlessly for me. I actually wrote the the company and told them my story and how the Navage helped me in so many ways and the only relief I found. He invited me to the Cleveland Clinic and he went out of his way and me correct some of the damage the VA had done. I can't recommend any product that even comes close to thing. If you suffer from ANY sinuous issues, you need this. Trust me! They are also well built and built to last. I've bought 3 of them in 8 years. The box show in the photos is from 2018.

I have had this thing for 3 years and I’m SO glad to have it every time allergy season or flu season comes around. I should probably use it BEFORE I get sick as a preventative measure, but I don’t. Instead I use it when I GET sick and I am sick for less time. This thing is amazing, I use it twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed and I sleep so much better bc I’m less congested. Seriously between days 1-3 I’m better, either by the first second or third day using it I’m ready to go back to work. I haven’t had any ear issues like some people have (luckily), I clean it after every use, use distilled water warmed in the microwave, had to get smaller nose pillows for my small nose but other than that it stays in its box 3-hundred-whatever days out of the year and only comes out when I’m sick and I’m so happy to have it. It’s uncomfortable at first bc you literally have water being shot and sucked through your nasal passage but you get used it! I think I much prefer this to a neti pot. 0 mess. Easy cleanup. Cannot rave about this enough :)

This thing is the BOMB! I used to use the one that looked like a teapot which worked as well, but I had to do more work with tilting my head and making sure it was going the right way and stopping and going again. This does it for you. Battery operated. In one side of your nose out the other I am in awe of what it is doing to help my sinus cavities when they’re stopped up. Impressive! keep in mind, you have to use their saline pods or else the machine won’t turn on so if it doesn’t come in the box, you’ll need to order some of those. They are not expensive but they are necessary, Hoping this will save me during allergy season!

Works well and helps with sinus pressure relief. Button can get stuck and machine won’t turn on at times. I found that unscrewing the battery lid and screwing it back on helped when it wouldn’t work. But, I still recommend it because it really helps w sinus pressure relief.
