The rubber is soft and ready to work as soon as I received the squeegee. The adjustable arm stays locked and feels solid. It's a good buy!

I bought this DSV window squeegee specifically to keep my Tesla Cybertruck’s massive windshield and windows clean, and it works like a charm. The handle is sturdy and long enough to reach across the wide glass, and the rubber blade leaves no streaks behind. It’s lightweight but feels durable, and the sponge side is great for loosening up dirt or bug splatter before wiping it clean. It’s now a permanent part of my car wash kit. If you own a Cybertruck or any large vehicle, this squeegee is a great tool to have on hand. It makes cleaning quick, easy, and surprisingly satisfying.

I was interested in this product especially because it extended and tilted so that I could get those hard-to-reach areas. That does work pretty well. However the rubber, squeegee, part on this is not quite flat/straight. So even if I am pushing down fairly hard, it still leaves streaks of fluid in the middle and on the ends. I am having to take multiple passes over the window and still follow up with a paper towel to get the fluid skipped by the squeegee.

Perfect and wonderful item. It’s better than what you get to use at the gas stations. Very sturdy, well built and the swivel is very nice to use. Love it.

As someone who runs their own business, I try to be understanding with others but I have to say this vendor really puzzled me. When I realized this wasn't going to make it in time for what I needed it for, I tried to cancel it because I saw it hadn't shipped yet. The vendor refused without comment and shipped it two hours later. I can't imagine doing this to a customer. I'd rather sell a new product to someone else than have to accept a return that I can't sell at full value. And if I genuinely couldn't cancel it for whatever reason, I'd reply to them and let them know. Even if you don't think you'll need to cancel - I wouldn't recommend this product. It was very poorly packaged, is covered in cheap merchandise stickers that are a pain to pry up and leave sticky residue, and thanks to the package my house smells like it's a chain smoking mechanic's shop. So that's fun. It's flimsier than I would have expected for the $20+ price point too and the angle is quite awkward to use. I have a hard time seeing what this would be useful for. I guess if I was about a foot shorter or was trying to clean 1.5 story windows maybe it'd be helpful but for average windows, whether home or car it's just not it for me. If they reach out below this comment, I'm gonna skip on it. Reactive service is not customer service. TL;DR: Pass on this one. Not worth it. UPDATE: I took it for a spin to see if I was being too harsh on it but nope. It was difficult to use; kept coming unlocked if I telescoped it out some and the rubber blade required both hands and a lot of effort to keep connected with the glass all the way. It left the windows streaky even when I rewashed them and buffed them out. I also tried it on some of our windows out front and the arm was not long enough to connect with the top of the window on the first story standing a little away because of a bush. I'm not sure I could give it away at this point. There are better ones from Walmart for cheaper. Save your money.

Great product - and the price is reasonable. I have used it to clean my windows - which has saved me time! A little hot water and soap and my windows are beautiful. Even clean bug splat off my windshield. The only thing is the covering over the sponge looks like it’s loosing shape a bit at the ends - but I do like it.

The head could be a bit wider and it feels a bit cheap but I just did all the windows at my place and it worked fine. Small rip on the mesh fabric in one spot but the sponge held up good and the blade side works great without leaving any streaks.
