2 Oz. Coffee Extract

A great addition to any baker's stock. I use it instead of vanilla extract in many items and it enhances the flavor greatly. I was happy to find it on Amazon because it is not something your general store carries

I can't drink coffee anymore because of the caffeine or something else. Wasn't thinking that this is extract of coffee, duh! Product has coffee taste. However, I think what I need is coffee flavoring.

This stuff is the real deal. I know I’m joking with my title above but I used it on a espresso/coffee cheesecake for my daughters birthday and let’s just say I am now the number one dad in the world! I replaced the vanilla extract that the recipe typically takes with this and it gave it a perfect balance of cheesecake and coffee flavor.

I perfected my recipe for chocolate cake, and this extract was the "secret something" that makes my cake delicious. A couple of teaspoons added to homemade chocolate cake batter will make the difference in your chocolate cake. I have gotten so many compliments when I bake my chocolate cakes. I will continue to buy this product over and over.

This smells and tastes a lot like Kahlua - don't get me wrong, it's a good flavor but not the strong coffee flavor I was looking for
