Douglas Roxy Red Fox Plush Stuffed Animal

When I first opened the box and saw this very tight see through wrap. At first I didn't know what it was bc you couldn't tell. I realized that my other order was the wolf so this had to be the fox. I opened it and it was perfect. It looks so real. The colors, stability and the value of the money. It's soft and not huge but not to small for my nephew. Some in the reviews I read thought it was a little smaller then what they thought but it's adorable. I am very pleased. I searched and searched bc I did want one a little bigger but as soon as I saw this fox I had to buy it bc how much it looked exactly like a fox. Absolutely worth every penny on more. A must buy

My granddaughter wanted a stuffed fox for her birthday. After a lot of research on Amazon, I finally settled on this one and I am glad I did! He came squashed into a bag, but once I pulled him out and fluffed him up, he was a very handsome fellow! I’m sure my granddaughter is going to love him.

Soooooo soft and snuggly

I was looking for a end of the year gift for my daughter's 5th grade teacher. Her name is Ms. Fox, so I thought it would be cute to buy her a stuffed fox and put a Build A Bear teacher outfit on it. I have looked everywhere in the retail stores and none in my area sell this type of animal, so I went on line to purchase it. Roxy the fox was the cutest I saw, so I ordered it, thinking from the dimensions that it would be a perfect size for the Build A Bear outfit as their animals are around the same size 15"-17". Roxy is a really cute little fox. However, I was expecting something a little larger. The total length is a little deceiving because it includes the length of the tail. Guess I was just expecting something a little more "substantial". This fox is a lot smaller and thinly stuffed than ones like the Build A Bear. The other reviewer is also correct. The head does not move to the side like it is in the picture. Don't know how they got that pose for the picture, but that isn't the way Roxy comes. If you are expecting that look, then don't purchase this item. He basically looks straight ahead. However, it is really cute fox nomatter which way the head faces and I really do like the way it looks. I put the Build A Bear accessories on it(couldn't use the clothes-they were too large) and it looks absolutely adorable. All in all, this fox is cute if you are looking for a smaller sized stuffed animal.

My son loved it so much we ended up taking all his baby pictures the whole first year with it. It lasted and held up great. Was really easy to clean and perfect size and shape.

Alrighty before I get started, this douglas cuddle toy roxy the fox is 4 years old, he looks this way because I've slept with him every night for 4 years. YES i am 21 years old, YES I still sleep with plushies, and NO I don't care if that makes me a child. ANYWHO, i've been looking for the maker OF this particular plush (though I didnt know he was supposed to be a she) so I could share my story as to how I came across my foxy friend (Named Ziggy ((male)) ) with the creator(s) so since they have an Amazon I can now FINALLY (after 4 years) publish my story, here goes. In 2012 I was in my senior year of highschool, we were taking a school trip to washington D.C. i've never been a city person, and the day we arrived there and I saw all the homeless in D.C. I broke down crying in anger and overwhelmingness, lets just say that set the WHOLE mood for the trip, after a heading onto the turn pike to get back to MI from DC and we stopped at this little gas station/diner and there he was, sitting in the shelf chatting with his wolf friend next to him about who would adopt them, I could NOT take my eyes off of him the whole time we were eating, finally I couldnt take it anymore, I excused myself from the table and wandered over to him, he looked up at me with those big brow fox eyes and we both knew, he was the one, I picked him up to snuggle him after I was done geeking out (this plush appeared to me after the song what does the fox say, foxes were never that popular until the song and to this day I am THANKFUL for that song) the first thing I noticed was how soft his belly was, i couldnt stop scratching it (erm i have an obesession with really RLY soft things) I had just enough left to adopt him that day (as I felt I would never see him again if I didnt adopt him) and from that day forward he's been one of my best plushie friends ever! He's been with me THROUGH everything...I was asked once if I regret purchasing him from that turn pike gas station, and I can say with total honesty and pride I do NOT regret adopting him. Keep up the good work!

You will want to love Foxy too. Perfect size, not to big or to small to hangout with you too. So soft, beautiful fur with gradient multi-colored fur on the tail for such a realistic appearance. Foxy's face is so expressive & body is full but not stiff so you can position as desired. Guaranteed to be loved by all ages.

Fox arrived as described with a big fluffy tail. Fur felt coarse on the tail but the fox itself feels very cuddly. Face of the fox is not as cute as in the picture but the kids love it. In fact, they are fighting over it so I have ordered a 2nd one so they can have 1 each!
