Enter the DONG-A Fine-Tech RT pens. Right out of the box, these things work great. Remove the nub, start writing. Zero problems - the 0.3 size is perfect, but the pen is sturdy enough that I can still write on copy paper packets and get through every page without destroying the pen. The only downside is that my attendings are now stealing my pens faster than ever, but thankfully there are enough in the box that it's a non-issue.
