The first one lasted 2 seasons and died. This one is working fine so far. Some of the features were different with this one. The stake to attach the solar panel was a fixed stake unlike the first one which could be tilted, so just used the stake from the first. This one has lights which have not yet worked...but I was more interested in filtering the small water feature than I was illuminating it.
