I like that there is elastic in the back. Buttons are too low, though. My mask does not fit securely to my face with these buttons. I have to wrap the ear straps around the buttons multiple times and my masks still aren't very snug. That leaves risk for aerosols getting under my mask. Wrapping them over and over, makes it difficult to fit both my KN95 and my Level 1 mask on them without worrying that my masks will come loose while I'm working on my patients.
