Great- good replacement for phentermine
I have only taken one week but, my energy level is up, and I only take one a day. Def. not having the food noise like normal, eat less when I do eat. Will update in a month to see if any weight loss. Does give me the shakes at times but, nothing too crazy... manageable

My husband and I love this product. I actually only use half because I tend to be sensitive to supplements. So I bought empty capsules and pour half of the product into the empty capsule and use it that way. My husband can use the whole thing . We use these on a daily basis for energy in the afternoon. We love them.
