This product was really a life saver. Going through perimenopause really made me feel like I was losing my mind. I was developing an annoying belly, I was seriously pissed off ALL the time, crying, brain fog - EVERY symptom. I ordered this, but I was skeptical. Oh my goodness, it WORKS. I have been on it now for a full two months (I also have upped my protein intake + I take an ashwaganda supplement) and it has been a game changer. I am easily down 6 pounds, my mood is way more stable, and I'm much more focused. Sleeping has been much better also. I hardly EVER review products, but this one is really excellent.

I’ve been taking this for a month now and I definitely notice a difference. Better mood balance for sure! Although the downside I’ve experienced if sore nipples and constipation. It’s also increased my sex drive.

I just turned 40 and I have been using this supplement for just about a month and I'm already seeing results. Before taking this, I woke up drenched from night sweats. However, in just under a month of taking this, I have yet to wake up in a full sweat. Works great. Just ordered my second box. Great value for the price. This was recommended after a genetic test with hair from my scalp, It showed hormonal unbalance and perimenopause and I started with hot flashes horribly and this took that away from me thank goodness I’m free now.

I really wanted this to be my miracle pill as I get a lot of side effects from birth control, can’t up my Lexapro because it makes me too sleepy, but need help with my PMDD. Unfortunately it gave me acne! I have great skin so that’s an instant no for me. I will say it did help my mood in the brief time I took it.

I am blown away, astounded & happily surprised that this product actually works! Thank god! I was in misery at night with hot flashes & night sweats, I dreaded going to bed. And then hot flases started during the day, HOURLY! I felt so defeated, honestly. But this product works! It does take a month to start working & I dont know how or why it works, I dont care, but it's a godsend! Thank you!

My night flushes definitely stopped after taking this supplement. I took only for 30 days, but I feel that it is working for me.

I took the tablet in some weeks know but I didn’t see results, I maybe should take it 2-3 months and see if it gives me any better results.
