The needle tool allowed very fine details to be made, and the carving tools are sharp and good for shaping. Overall, all the tools function well and were well worth the cost.

The tools are sturdy and will hopefully last many halloweens. I Also purchased an x acto knife set which along with these tools is more than sufficient to carve a beautiful pumpkin.

The product serves well for the introductory ceramics class I am taking this semester. The various shaping tools are all sturdy and well made. The needle tool allowed very fine details to be made, and the carving tools are sharp and good for shaping. Overall, all the tools function well and were well worth the cost.

A good quality beginner clay kit. Contains all the basic tools one would need to do wheel work and some beginning handbuilding. Kemper is a well-known brand in clay tools and the tools in this kit are of decent quality and hold up well. Not completely surprisingly, the trimming tools dull fairly quickly; however, for the price, it is a perfect kit for someone just getting stared in clay.
